Having Trouble? First, Check for Multiple Google Accounts

A common issue with all Google Sheets™ add-ons can occur if you are logged into multiple Google accounts in the same browser. This can cause the add-on to fail to load or appear as a blank screen.

To fix this, please try one of these solutions:

• Sign out of all Google accounts except for the one you want to use with the add-on.
• Use a different browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) where you are only signed into a single Google account.
• Use an Incognito or Private browsing window, and sign in to only one Google account.
